I popped into TZ Store today and honestly didn’t plan to buy much, but the service was so friendly and welcoming that I ended up getting more than I intended. The staff were genuinely helpful, not pushy at all, and made the whole experience enjoyable. You can tell they actually care about customers. Definitely one of those places that makes you want to come back. Highly recommend.

I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way Beauty Bay’s customer service team has handled my recent issue. I ordered four items with next-day delivery, yet not only did my order arrive late, but two of the items were missing. I immediately contacted your customer service team to explain the situation, expecting fair treatment as a long-time loyal customer who has shopped with Beauty Bay for years without any issues. Instead, I received this response: “Our final stance is that the claim is rejected sorry. Our warehouse did not seal a box containing half the order, again after internal investigation the claim remains rejected. We would not be able to advise further, as the items were safely picked and packed, and the box arrived sealed.” This response is both dismissive and unacceptable. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to take accountability and effectively calling your customer a liar is appalling. I work hard for my money and expect to receive what I’ve paid for. I will be closing my account and taking this matter further through every channel available to me. No loyal customer should be treated with such disregard.
