Disappointed and Overpriced.
Disappointed and Overpriced. I really wanted to like SCUF Gaming, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. For the price point, I expected premium quality and reliable performance. Instead, I got a controller that started having issues within a few weeks the paddles broke. Customer service was slow to respond and when they finally did I claimed a warranty on my controller and it’s been over a month now and instead Of them delivering the controller to my house they have it sitting at a FedEx facility expecting me to pick it up! I mean these people have to be some of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever dealt with. Imagine spending 400 Dollars on a scuf that’s doesn’t even last a month and when you claim a warranty these people want you to pick it up instead of deliver it to your house and waste not only your time but your gas money.
