STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I have been a customer of ready refresh since early 2023 to which I have never had an issue with a delivery or servicing of my rented machine.With Ready Refresh my delivery was consistent and customer service was wonderful! Every since Primo brands has taken over, I can not get a live person on the phone without waiting over 20 min and all they do is tell me the same scripted response. I have not received a delivery in over 6 weeks at this point and all the keep doing is delaying my delivery telling me "oh there was a situation that impacted your route.." for 4 weeks? At this point I cannot even get them to pick up the equipment! Every time I call they give me something for free like that is going to appease me... No I want the service I signed up for 2 years ago to deliver water to my door every 4 weeks.
