The first time I ordered from small woods, one of the frames came in color in error and they were super prompt and apologetic. I ordered again and did the order incorrectly, they gave me a full refund and then I ordered three more just because I’ve been so content with not only Quality of the pictures but the fantastic customer service that I have received. I will continue to order from Smallwoods.
