I bought a toilet chair/commode
I bought a toilet chair/commode but was missing commode part. The box indicated it was an "Optional Extra" When I tried to contact rapid medical supplies It was almost IMPOSSIBLE!! They have a voicemail and never get back. Emails are unreturned and online chat is not connected with past sales??Nobody wanted to know until I got REALLY angry. A guy?? Rang me and stated he didnt realize it wasnt part of package and that supplies must of changed it. He apologised saying itd be sent and id recieve it in days. NOTHING!! Out of frustration of trying to connect i stated id contact A Current Affair for their lack of service and false advertising. I recieved a half smart email to return the chair to avoid anymore disappointment. If I could give ZERO Stars I would!!! How DARE they take advantage of people who need these type of supplies!!
