I had a few questions along the line about my order the differences in mattresses etc and emailed were answers promptly and even phoned me to talk me through it delivery was on schedule and bed is great quality I broke two of the gliders when assembling (heavy handed my fault ) I made contact and a pack of four sent out for of charge highly recommended and will certainly use again
