We had a problem wirh the phone not working which dragged on for sometime unresolved in spite of both the router and Grandstream being replaced. I felt a little sheepish having grumbled about the time it was taking to sort the problem when it turned out the problem was nothing to do with Wessex; the TP Link had failed and was corrupting the Wessex equipment. When Ben got on the case he was forensic in getting to the root cause. Many thanks Ben!
