Decent service with minor frustrations
Norse Airways handles our mid-size company's travel needs reasonably well. The booking confirmations are always accurate and they're good about sending reminders. However, their phone support hours are limited and I've had trouble reaching someone outside business hours when travel plans change unexpectedly.
