Still haven't received a refund
When ordering I looked at reviews here and thought that those who had ordered Minerva worktops seemed to have good service (whilst other's didn't). So I thought I would be ok. I knew the worktops took several weeks to be delivered and chased a couple of times to make sure this timeline was still correct. Then the week they were due to be delivered I received an email saying that the company they use to purchase the worktops had gone into liquidation. I asked for a refund and was asked to wait a certain number of days for this to be processed. Still no refund. Looking here I can see that others are having a similar situation - and I am really concerned that this company wont refund the cost. For reference, for anyone reading this who is after Minerva worktops - Selco Builder's Merchants can get these to you in 10 working days. And matched the quote from here. Their customer service has been excellent. Unlike BBK. Please avoid this company.
