I struggle with mental illness
I struggle with mental illness and when I found this forum I was so relieved to find so many others that struggle from day to day just like me. I struggle with CPTSD , Bipolar1, panic attacks and more. There are so many people who struggle with the same and we give support when we can and get support when we need it. It’s a great feeling knowing that I am not alone. If I haven’t found this forum, I do not know where I would be right now. I honestly believe that my life was saved from the caring support of people here.
