I recently purchased a screen from this company, but unfortunately, it arrived damaged. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, I received no clear resolution—only repetitive responses asking for proof of the damage. Eventually, I disposed of the broken screen as it was no longer usable. I was later offered a replacement screen for €46, which I found unacceptable given that I had already paid €122 for the original item. This experience has left me deeply disappointed with both the product and the level of customer service. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. Save yourself the trouble and consider other options.
