Excellent communication from the start
Excellent communication from the start. I was struggling with the online form but when I rang up I was helped through this process by my case handler, Steve. He was kind, reassuring and explained everything so well. Really easy to get in touch with via the messaging service, on the portal, and quick to respond. I was feeling very battle weary and traumatised after months of mixed messages and poor service from OVO, so to speak to someone who just understood the problem and could see the solution from the start was honestly life changing. I know that sounds dramatic but I really was at my wits end, with going round in circles between different departments at OVO. I can’t thank Steve and the Ombudsman team enough. I finally have a fair and sensible resolution to my issue and it is a great weight off my shoulders. Thank you!
