1 star because that is the least, had no other option. This is a fraud company. They will give you the loan but in case of a delay for few hours, they will start blackmailing you. Hack your Whatsapp. They will start calling your contacts and share your video. I am raising a compliant against them in cyber crime. Please be safe and don't avail any loan from them.
