I spoke to Anglian water on Saturday, as I had raw sewage pumping into my garden, from the main sewer which flows along the back of my property from a new development .I was told it would be made priority after I phoned back a second time after no response. I was told it would be sorted by 9o’clock Sunday morning and my garden cleared of sewage wet wipes and sanitary towels . They cleared Blockage Saturday night and was expecting my garden to be cleaned yesterday, I rang 3 times and promised this would happen. Told clean up team will be with you today and will fill out forms for damage and clear site . But all who turned up was the members of staff who cleared the blockage the night before to check it was still flowing and informed me after coming through my property they weren’t there to clean up. This morning I had a call from the clean up team saying he will come tomorrow, which is 72 hours , unable to let my dogs out or use the garden . The guy was really honest and informed me they had call out teams on all weekend and hadn’t had a call out and said they would have come Saturday. I asked him about what would happen about damage as I was informed he would complete forms ! He said all we do is make it clean and fresh , So Anglian water why has this happened. Why do you constantly lie. Rang again this morning promised call back within 3 hours from manager but I know this won’t happen .
