Head office/warehouse error

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers. I ordered the first but forgot to apply the 20% discount I had with my blue light card. I ordered the same pair again and applied the discount. I then e mailed customer services and asked them to cancel the full price pair and they were helpful. I got an e mail to say I’d had a refund then another to say the pair I’d ordered were ready for pick up. When I went into store, I was told that both had been recalled by the warehouse/head office so we had a wasted journey. The blue light card 20% discount has now ended so through no fault of my own I have to pay more.
