Mistakes in all of the utility accounts
Seemed like a good service until we discovered that all of our utilities were set up incorrectly (wrong move in dates, or the account didn't exist when we were told it did). Arrived at our new house with a water bill in our names for 4 months before we ever lived there. Employees were courteous and friendly though when we set up the utilities. Edit: To the comment from Utility Provider below; the service was set up in my husband's name, not mine, which is why you are not finding me in your system. He filed a complaint with you and we have received a reply from you stating that our makelaar told you the incorrect move in dates, which sounds dubious to me considering that each utility was set up for a different date, none of which were the real move in date. When I set up the utilities with you (in my husband's name), your employee asked me for the start date and never mentioned that the makelaar had provided one.
