Beware of Scam Practices by Panek
Extremely disappointed with Panek. The car was delivered dirty, and despite sending photographic evidence, I was still charged for cleaning. Their rental protocol, which only allows reviewing the condition report post-signature, seems designed to prevent disputes. This, combined with poor customer service and shifting responsibility, suggests scam-like practices. I strongly advise against using Panek.
