Do Yourself a Big Favor
I kept seeing ads for Carda Health back in the beginning of 2024 and I was interested. When I saw my pulmonary doctor in the winter he suggested Pulmonary rehab and I told him about Carda. I finally contacted Carda in the spring of 24 and got set up for July. Everyone I dealt with at Carda was helpful and caring. They shipped my Ipad, pulse ox ring, heart monitor and blood pressure cuff. WOW! Someone called and got me set up. I remember being really impressed and feeling safe in their care when all was explained to me. They would monitor me while I was working out! I finally got started with Andrew Mason and he has been my exercise Guru ever since. He truly cares and was my cheerleader. Carda has truly saved my life I think. I can go up and down the stairs of my condo building and I have lost 30 lbs. I have more energy now. I want to continue and I hope to stay in touch with Andrew. I recommend Carda Health to all my fellow Alpha-1 friends and I know one is currently in the program. I can't thank Carda Health, all the exercise instructors and Andrew enough.
