Poor Customer Service.
Poor Customer Service. I invested more than $100, only to receive the incorrect items. Despite my persistent efforts over several days, I have not received any response from the company. My reluctance to recommend this company is solely based on their poor customer service, as I haven't had the opportunity to evaluate their products due to receiving the wrong order. Running a business without addressing customer concerns is not a viable approach.
