Poor quality with even poorer customer…
Poor quality with even poorer customer service I have permanent quality problems with low-quality jeans, so 1.5 years ago I took the investment of 190€ on myself and bought what I thought was a high-quality Edwin jeans. This is, like all other cheap jeans from the fast-fashion sector also broken. Very surprised about the poor quality I went to Edwin and wanted to claim the jeans to get my money back. Finally, from my point of view, it can not be that such an expensive jeans broken after 1.5years. As an incompetent service response I get the answer "Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you" and after my third email the suggestion 30% on my next order. From my point of view, completely impudent and just bad, for sure I will not buy pants from Edwin again even with 30% discount.
