Charges for additional Services Towbuster
I am a long term Credex client. My second title loan is only a few month left. They have good customer service at call center and the offices. Very well trained personal. Interest rate at 28.68%, very high also charges for Towbuster membership, which doesn't make any sense but they force those charges mandatory. Why to pay for a service that you don't need, I have my Progressive insurance full cover and AAA. This shouldn't happen, they are using this membership to collect and force clients to pay for. That is not a good practice and we are looking into this issue. I'll will pay my balance during next few days and will never use them ever again. Just be careful when they give loan proposal and challenge aditional stuff, legaly isn't mandatory.
