Extreme helpful workshop
The most recent FutureFit workshop I attended was extremely useful. The instructors were friendly and approachable, happy to answer any questions and extremely knowledgeable, giving thorough demonstrations and explanations throughout the day. As someone who isn't a fan of group workshops in general, I actually enjoyed this one and found the day very beneficial.
