Unscrupolous dishonest agents
Unscrupolous dishonest agents, did not want to refund our money for work which was NOT done. We filed a formal complaint which was decided in our favour. Complaints made by existing tenant and prospective tenants, viewing the property over their lack of professionalism. We will be selling our flat in a few years and because of this experience with them, we will not be using FJ. Furthermore, we will NOT be recommending them to friends.
