I have been a customer for many years. In my dealings with Midwest I have NEVER had a problem. Once in many orders I received a broken Jar. I called customer service and it was easily replaced. Products are top notch and always perform as sold. I will not buy anywhere else. I will be a customer for life. Thank You for the service, great products, and quick turn arounds. Steve S
