HSS doesn't respect their contract

I hired a rotovator from them, delivery and collection on the same day, simply because it was to work in a field. Delivery was fine but no collection on the same day. I contacted them and they said it couldn't be possible, "they don't do that", but online you click for same day and the contract says same day. So what, am I supposed to do, sleep in a field like a sheperds dog? Then the machine: the belt was at the end of its life so stopped working really often and the start handle broke, probably because it was on the same state of the machine. End of the job, can't finish it and customer service doesn't respond. Update about this review after HSS contacted me an answered to this review....I gave them all information they asked for and you know what?....nothing it's just to look better on trustpilot when they have bad review. Even the customer service who should answer in the 48h never did!!
