The customer service from start to finish was perfect. Thanks especially to John at the call centre, and Banjo who carried out the repairs. You both did everything you said you would, as well as being jovial and friendly. The quote and repair on the brakes was made seem so simple. But I know it wasn't. And it was ridiculously hot out too.
