customer service was terrible

customer service was terrible, no one knew what they were doing for a simple fix. they kept me on hold over 5 hrs. in two days. the first 3 hours was completely useless and no one ever called me back. then i had to repay for the same course. i like the website but you would think on the busiest days of the year for the company they would have better customer service techs that are properly trained.
