No-One at work !!!
Been a customer since 2007 but seems like there is no-'one at work' any more at Heart Internet. No phone number to contact, Chat not available, support ticket not responded to after 4 days (24/7 support for hosting as advertised ?!!) - would stop payment but that would mean no email - seems like review site is best way to contact ....crosses fingers.
