Spam messages and impossible to contact - no idea if my item is being delivered at all
I am being spammed with automated messages and emails asking me to set a delivery date for the delivery of my item, but I have already set this date. I set it using the link in the very first email sent to me. I cannot re set a date. I click the link and it says 'Planned date sent'. It has been impossible to contact a human being at this company to resolve this issue. The whatsapp number always connects to an automated chatbot (despite saying the chatbot is only in use outside of operating hours - yeah, that's a lie). The whatsapp chatbot only spits out a series of prewritten answers - there is no option to relay to it that there is a bug with setting the delivery date. The emails are not monitored and automated. The text messages are non replyable shortcode. I have filled out two contact forms on the website two days in a row and gotten no responses from a human being. At this point I have no idea if my item will be delivered. I shall not be buying anything that uses this sorry excuse for a company as delivery courier again.
