Stellar service at West Drayton branch!
My experience at the West Drayton branch thus far has been excellent - I first used them just over a year ago to find a place to rent. Ketan is a consummate professional and I had no qualms recommending him to a friend when they needed to move. Recently my landlord needed the property back and whilst there wasn't much on the market Ketan had understood my needs and kept me in mind when appropriate properties did come up - including the one I am now moving into. Similarly, the other colleagues at this branch I've interacted with have always been helpful, professional and pragmatic if I've had any queries - particularly James, Nicola and Esmerelda - thank you for providing such excellent service!
