1st and 2nd time experience
The 1st time I ordered 3 large prints I was completely satisfied. The quality was good, the framing was what I expected and overall it was a good experience for my 1st time buying. Recently my 2nd experience I purchased 3 more, these are different sizes, no framing. In the description it said acrylic so I thought the pictures were going to be some kind of hardtop acrylic. Sadly I was disappointed with this order. When I received my pictures they were printed on foam poster board and 1 had a slight bend,and another had a small piece knicked out, the cause for the bend was mostly likely due to the cold weather. The pictures were not wrapped just held together with cardboard for protection and placed inside another box for shipping. Everything was secure with their seals and arrived fairly quickly. I paid a fair price for the picture but they are pretty plain. I'm waiting on customer service to see if I can have the pictures redone with framing.
