Where’s the customer service?
The mechanic was nice and they called to let me know they were going to be late. My cars engine light came on - started jerking (automatic) then it died. I couldn’t drive it to the mechanic. And of course when the mechanic came, the engine started and the engine light disappeared. No ones fault and no one could predict that. And I know there’s a minimum charge just to come out and work for 15mins. But he didn’t do anything, yet still charged just over $97 to put the key in and turn over the engine. There should be a different fee or something if they can’t find the problem / fix it.
