Awful experience...... No empathy and sympathy I applied for this course and after being promised all the assistant through the course. Due to my mental health, I couldn't join the online classes for months. And no one cares in getting in touch. Instead they were taking their direct debit each month. The loan company explained the loan contract to me, that it has carries no penalty. I rang Learning people to inform them the outcome of our discussion. Learning people team wasn't empathetic and all them care about is money. The team representative was so loud on the phone and, what he was particular about was money. After providing proof from my doctor to inform them about my health. Only for learning people team to ring me today, asking me to pay for courses I never attended. I had an accident a week ago, which I'm still traumatised and in the healing progress. I stated on the phone that I'm currently sick, only for the financial team to send a threatening email. Learning people doesn't care about their students but money. I regret knowing them, they have made feel so bad to the point of having a suicide thought. I stated my mental health condition with them which I've being suffering since the death of my daughter. I thought the course was ok at a time but as time goes on I feels I couldn't continue.
