I have booked a trip for me and my mum…
I have booked a trip for me and my mum on thr 21st june and reserved and paid for the front seats on the coach as mum struggles with her knee.then 2 weeks after booking I get a email saying they have had to move us back a row!! No explanation nothing!! I emailed caledonian holidays to ask why we have been moved back a row on the coach, No reply whatsoever ever!!! I then phoned the company and got a very rude bloke on the phone, he couldn't give me a explanation why we had been moved back a row on the coach, only that sometimes it happens.. that to me it's not good enough. I paid for those front seats because they were available and mum stuggles with her knee so needs that little bit of extra leg room. We have booked 5 holidays with caledonian holidays this year and I think so far it's disappointing how they treat there customers. Once these holidays are over I won't be booking with this company again!
