The worst service I've ever received…
The worst service I've ever received from a car rental company. I went on vacation to Portugal for the Christmas and New Year holidays. I rented a car at the airport branch. The car they gave me had mechanical problems (the steering was off), so I had to change cars the next day, but that wasn't all. They made the charges in advance from Via Verde. I paid 120 euros in advance for using Via Verde, of which they returned 47 euros and an invoice for 73 euros for using Via Verde. At the end of April and beginning of May, a Swedish company sent a charge of 33.88 euros, which I owe and have to pay to Via Verde. I sent two emails to Centauro and haven't received any response. I contacted the Swedish company and sent the invoice and the Swedish company just replay: "Mr. BORELLI, DAMIAN ANTONIO GOMEZ was identified as the driver of the vehicle BH-42- ZH by the rental car company CENTAURO PORTUGAL, LDA who informed us that they were unable to debit these tolls due to problems with the credit card. For any clarifications related to this situation, the customer must contact the rental company directly. The collection must proceed." credit card? I paid with debit card and now I have to pay again!!!
