Not the greatest experience
Our initial Rightmove listing was copied and pasted from another estate agents listing for a house a few doors down. We never had a for sale or a sold sign outside of the house. Our house was left unlocked twice and unalarmed…once when we were on holiday. We were told that we should accept lower as it was the ‘best we could get’. This service cost us the best part of £5k. I have since had a call with someone from John shepherd who apologised profusely, which was appreciated.
