Customer service and size issues
I would like to say I have used DS products for over 10 years. However I normally don't buy from there on line store. the sizing charts provide where hard to follow and I got the worng size. That is where the issues started. I tryed calling and emailed 3 or 4 times with not responds to either that took 1 week. I then paid over 30 dollars to ship the items back. I had a note on the repict explaining to please exchange for a larger size. I had my phone number and E mail on this note. 3 days after it was confirmed the shipment was reserved.. There was still no response. 3 more days of E mails and calling before I got ahold of someone. So almost 2 week of limbo. After Finley speaking to someone the issue was handled quick and easy. However there has been no insentive to try and retain me as a long time customer or real apologize for the issues. However getting to the point where I could get thing resolved was very frustrating and I would not want anyone to have to go through that prosses. I will think twice now before ordering from this sight again. Witch is unfortunate because I realy do like there product.
