My order was placed on the 26th of December and I didn't end up receiving it until the 8th of January It took a long time to actually process the order and I couldn't get the tracking information I appreciate it What's the holidays though, but however mankind would definitely on hand to help me resolve the situation and when we finally received the product it was great the product was definitely as it says it was It came undamaged and in pristine condition the box was a little bit battered but the weight was packaged made everything safe and secure
