Great cruise
We had a lovely cruise with MSC Virtosa - the ship is very big and impressive. Very busy but it was July with school holidays etc. The majority of the staff were brilliant the ones in the bar where the robot was were rude and lazy behind the bar. that's the only area which key the ship down for service all the other staff were very helpful and pleasant. Shows and food really good, pool side very hectic with selfish people saving sun beds with towels then not using them for hours, the pool staff should have sorted out that problem.
