Don’t use your free plays or daily log ins
If you have been playing with them and just so happen to get daily free plays don’t use them if you want to be able to redeem more than 25.00 off of anything you win. I have made deposits and redeemed with them before but because I won 200.00 from starting out with the free plays I got as my daily log in bonus they said rule 5.7 applies and only gave me 25.00. I have won off of crowns casino over 200.00 from my daily log in bonus and had no issues getting my money. Play with a company that pays you what you actually win. This company is a scam
