Amazing Tour Director and Trip
Our Tour Director, Benjamín was amazing. He went above and beyond for the group, even ran to the pharmacy for one of my travelers when the nearest one was closed. Our local guides were all wonderful. They offered a level of insight and passion into the areas they showed us. The itinerary was great. Each day was full of activities. We probably saw two weeks of stuff in our 9 day tour. While I took the option of free time in Madrid, the adults and students who did the cooking class raved about it! Everyone in my group also agreed that the small towns were our favorites because we come from a small town. They definitely felt a connection there! Both hotels were great, but the one in Barcelona was above and beyond what we expected. The only thing I would have wished for would have been dinner options instead of one plate served to the whole group. The tapas restaurant in Madrid was the group favorite because delicious food kept coming and coming and we got to try a wide variety.
