Avoid this company look elsewhere!!!

After being a customer for over 6 years I attempted to renew with a new agreement. I have had two cars and two previous agreements with them. Suddenly finding out that my finance agreement has been declined and again declined by the Underwriting Team. Numerous attempts to clarify why this has happened, customer service/customer resolution team cannot assist as it’s down to the underwriting team apparently. Contact information given to get answers from them, email only as they don’t speak on telephone! Several weeks later, no response despite many attempts to get a response. Escalated to the CEO Mike Todd who without response I get contact from a so called Executive Representative. This person asks for details in order to assist but then never follows up, never responds despite numerous chasing from me. Again CEO escalation but this Mike Todd is a terrible leader and clearly doesn’t care about customer service or responsibility of delegation. Never heard back from him. I am only now finding out that vwfs have actually listed on Experian credit report x2 missed payments, one in January 2024 and another in august 2024. A quick investigation by myself has evidence that these payments were actually made and no missed payments for these dates. Proof sent to vwfs. So my credit report is showing incorrect data, vwfs based their decision to decline me on incorrect information logged by the same company, and they have affected my credit score which has had very detrimental effects on my situation. If you have the opportunity to get car financing, avoid this company and seek alternatives as they are extremely unprofessional, the CEO doesn’t care, and they are not accountable or contactable, hiding behind their computers with no customer service abilities. # I have reposted this on the uk site. Perhaps someone from the Germany site will pass this onto the chairman or whoever is responsible for managing the awful CEO Mike Todd in the UK.
