I spent 200 dollars on Playstation…

I spent 200 dollars on Playstation cards. They emailed me to put me through a 'verification process' after they had already taken the money. It is now 48 hours later and I have had zero refund and absolutely no support from customer service. They are abrupt and rude. Essentially they have stolen 200 dollars from me. The verification should be done on sign up - not AFTER you have taken payment for an item. Outrageous service. I feel mistreated and very upset by their conduct.
