Disgraceful Customer Service & False Information – Avoid!
Absolutely appalled by the way JD Sports has handled my recent experience – especially the complete lack of accountability from their so-called "Customer Champions Team" and escalation agent, Kasey. After receiving three separate pairs of faulty trainers in one month, I was met with robotic, patronising replies that completely ignored my concerns. Kasey repeatedly dismissed my request for clear information about compensation, instead offering vague promises of a "goodwill gesture" only after I returned the item. Worse still, Kasey falsely claimed that returns at JD Sports are not usually free – which directly contradicts their own website where it clearly states that returns are free. Framing a legally required return label as a “complimentary gesture” is not only misleading but frankly insulting to customers dealing with your quality control failures. Across several emails, the tone has been patronising, the information misleading, and my questions have been continuously ignored. When I requested escalation and a callback to speak with someone more senior, I was met with silence. I’ve now resorted to sharing this experience publicly because JD Sports needs to be held accountable for how they treat paying customers. If you ever have an issue with your order, be prepared to waste your time dealing with dismissive, unhelpful responses while they dodge basic accountability. Avoid this company if you expect even the bare minimum of customer service.
