Great customer service

I booked my trip this week to Australia thro a travel agent and I had to arrange wheelchair assistance and seats by contacting royal brunei customer services I e mailed them and received a quick reply and within 24 hours it was all sorted out I cannot fault them so far I will leave another review after my flight in september and hopefully another 5 stars
