Delay after delay.
Throughout the three and a half years that it took to deal with the claim, I have dealt with 4 different solicitors. I was never informed that the solicitors who had been dealing with the claim had left the company and rarely got any communication from them unless I initiated it first. Paperwork sent to the court was incorrectly completed, delaying the claim still further. No notice was taken regarding availability for court dates, so the date originally allocated was one that I was unable to attend.
