Unknowledgable staff on till. Went in for refund with 4 separate items and receipt, total of 95 pounds, girl was adamant I had kept 2 of 4 items as the "4" items were sets and tried to refund me 40 pounds. Wth only when another staff member intervened did this issue get resolved...never again!!
