For me it took a few hours to kick…
For me it took a few hours to kick in...not sure why but I'm a big lad and perhaps that has something to do with it..so now i take them 4 to 6 hrs before bed time. They work they really do and i believe everyones metabolism digests pills differently in as much as our sleep patterns can be erratic yet unique to us. When they kick in it's like a wave of relaxation overwelming your entire body inside and out literally beckoning you back to bed...a wonderful experience that i almost missed. I urge people to give it time to work and listen to your body because pills work differently in all of us. I fully recommend this product and look forward to another 8hrs sleep which was almost impossible before I met Motion! Thank you guys for giving me back the nurishment of a good nights sleep! I'm less bloated now and I am finally losing weight ..who knew that sleep was hindering my health and overall fitness!
