Birkenhead Greggs
I have just made my last visit to the Birkenhead Greggs for a long time. The staff member on duty was very unplesant. He implied I was next in the queue ahead of an elderly couple. I was confused and merely said that the queue was chaos, he then accused me of rudeness. It was just reasonable feedback. I was very offended and walked out. His body language was also aggressive. He shouldn't be in a customer service role. This experience was horrible. Avoid the store.
