Shopto on point…DHL not so much
Shopto is my go to for my consoles, games, accessories and codes. My only gripe this time was I ordered something which should’ve been dispatched next day and I planned to stay home for it and then it wasn’t. Waited another day and then their delivery partners sent me a text with a delivery window and then just ignored it, it arrived 5 hours early and I wasn’t home. Also DHL say it has to be signed for and said it was received by myself which is unlikely as I was out at the time as I thought I had a delivery time. Bring back DPD at least they follow their own guidelines
